A typical egg salad recipe has little to no flavor, so it is natural for people to add more ingredients and condiments to zest up the recipe. A little crunch to the egg salad can be had by adding some vegetables, and a lot of folks prefer it with some vegetables in, rather a plain mushy egg salad. Add the spices you prefer and come up with a flavor-rich recipe. To recreate your egg salad recipe, begin by including the vegetables and foods you would normally take with eggs, as in omelet or along with eggs in breakfast.
Well, egg salads are not only eaten as a side dish on their own but are also prepared as basic recipe used for sandwich filling. Additional ingredients added to the recipe can be chopped larger or smaller depending on the variation of the salad you are preparing. Smaller chunks would be best suitable for sandwich filling and if you are preparing the salad as a dish on its own, bigger chunks would be a better option.
